Description

Overview and study of the Quebec, Canadian and international health care systems within the Canadian context. Brief historical overview and analysis of its major elements: Quebec Ministry of Social Affaires, Regional Health Councils, Social Service Centres, hospitals, etc. Critical issues examined: planning health care needs and resources, financing health care, labour relations, patterns of power and assessing quality of care.
