Civil engineering project management life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing; scope definition, feasibility analysis, economic evaluation, scheduling, quantity and cost estimation, financing, procurement, contracting; frameworks for risk management, quality assurance, performance measurement; leadership, accountability, communication, organizational behaviour; multi-criteria decision analysis under uncertainty; software tools including emerging artificial intelligence.
