Description
Design principles of drinking water and wastewater resource recovery facilities. Characteristics of water and wastewater developed in theory and through laboratory exercises. Conventional unit operations; derivation and application of process models. Emphasis on the theory and applications of life cycle analysis (LCA) specific to the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Prerequisite: SEAD 520
- Restriction: Not open to students who have taken or are taking CIVE 430.
