Description
The impact of cities and urban living in the development of Greek and Roman society. The work of modern urban theorists frames investigation of the urban form and experience, with an emphasis on archaeology.
- Prerequisites: CLAS 201, CLAS 240, HIST 205, or permission of the instructor.
- Restrictions: Not open to students who have taken CLAS 348 when topic was "Life in the Ancient Greek and Roman City".
