Description

This course is designed to introduce students to the rules governing the Canadian entertainment industry in an international context with particular emphasis on the television, film production and distribution industries. There will also be limited coverage of the law relating to the music industry. The course will consider inter alia the contractual, tax, financial and insurance aspects of the law applicable to the entertainment industry.
