Description

Analysis of leadership and governance issues, accountabilities, and responsibilities for public organization leaders; governance best practices; and administrative aspects of governance. Exploration of practical ways to improve service delivery and performance.
  • Restrictions: Not open to students who have taken CPAG 520.
  • Course may be offered in person or online with synchronous and asynchronous components.
