Description
This course complements the previous coaching courses. It incorporates coaching as a key component of leadership acumen. Students apply new tools and
techniques to coach agile teams to high performance. Topics such as ethical issues, integral coaching and transformative coaching skills, using real-life examples, will also be discussed.
- Prerequisite: CPL2 592
- Restriction: Restricted to students in the Graduate Certificate in Leadership.
