Description
Mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts or restructurings in bankruptcy in relation to corporate governance. Conceptual aspects of these transactions (their purposes, executions, and structures), as well as applied aspects such as their valuations and implications on firm value.
- Prerequisite: FINE 342
- Restriction: Not open to students who have taken FINE 434 and/or FINE 492 when topic was 'Mergers and Corporate Reorganizations'.
