Foundations of modern corporate finance theory. Key topics: Capital structure in a perfect market as well as imperfections arising from debt and taxes, and bankruptcy costs. Dividend and payout policy. Capital budgeting and valuation with leverage. Corporate governance. Corporate risk management.
