Description

A critical review of current themes and trends in health geography, with an emphasis on housing as a place-based determinant of health and as a setting for intervention, i.e. how changes in housing conditions can translate into improvements in health and well-being. Seminars focus on critical appraisal of conceptual and methodological approaches in health geography and related disciplines.

  • Restrictions: Course open to U3 undergraduate students and graduate students in the Department of Geography, or others with permission of the instructor.
