Description
Advanced concepts, methods and techniques in Geographic Information Science (GIS) to manage, process, interpret, understand, and analyze digital geospatial land surface information for applications in Earth system science and hydrology. Emphasis will be placed on discussing and evaluating the underpinning methods for their suitability in advanced Earth system analyses and hydrological models.
- Prerequisites: Permission of the instructor.
- Restrictions: Not open to students who have taken or are taking GEOG 428, ENVB 529, BREE 529 or ENVB 530.
