Description
An overview of information security management within an organization. Management of and response to information security threats, whether they be internal or external, discrete or persistent, non-destructive or catastrophic. Topics include information security policy and governance, risk and vulnerability detection, threat readiness, investigation, recovery, privacy and legislation. Includes a capstone project.
- Prerequisites: INFS 680 and INFS 681 or INFS 682 or INFS 683.
- Restrictions: Open to students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity and other students with permission of the Graduate Program Director.
