Description
The contract of sale in the Civil Law and Common Law traditions; nature and scope of the contract of sale; conditions of formation; sale of property of another; obligations of the seller, including delivery, quality, title; obligations of the buyer, transfer of title; product liability; comparative reference made to American U.C.C. rules and U.N. Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
