Description
The function, nature and sources of Private International Law in the common law and civil law traditions. Conflicts of laws; general operation of conflict rules (application of foreign law, substitution of laws of forum). Conflicts of jurisdiction and recognition of foreign judgments. Harmonization and unification of laws.
