Description

Clinical medical physicists’ roles and responsibilities in a hospital environment including: professional ethics, dose measurements, treatment planning, advanced treatment techniques, and clinical observerships.
  • Prerequisites: MDPH 603, MDPH 607, MDPH 609, MDPH 610, MDPH 613, MDPH 618
  • Corequisites: MDPH 608
  • Restrictions: Open to students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Medical Radiation Physics and to PhD students with permission from the director of the Medical Physics Unit.
  • Enrolment limited to 5 students per class, course given in English at the MUHC Cedars Cancer Center. Daily presence will be required.
