Description
Tools and methods of process analysis, modelling and optimization using flotation and comminution examples: sampling theory and statistics, data reconciliation, statistical experimental design. Kinetic models of flotation and comminution; simulation software. Residence time distributions: tanks-in-series and axial dispersion models. Combined flotation/comminution models. Introduction to geostatistics and data mining.
