Four-month work period in industry. Work term report due upon completion.
- Prerequisites: MIME 480. Department permission required.
- Restriction: Open only to McGill students.
- This administrative fee is charged to all undergraduate students enrolled in the Materials Engineering Co op Program. It supports the direct costs of operating the co-op program, including employer outreach, individualized career advising, coordination of work term opportunities, and the administration of required industrial training courses. The fee is not a job placement fee and is non refundable. The Materials Engineering Co op Program fee was originally implemented in 1997 and was revised in 2026.
- Ces frais administratifs sont exigés de tous les étudiants de premier cycle inscrits au programme coopératif en Génie des matériaux. Ils couvrent les coûts directs liés au fonctionnement du programme coopératif, notamment le développement de partenariats industriels, les conseils de carrière individualisés, la coordination des possibilités de stages coopératifs et la gestion des cours de formation industrielle obligatoires. Les frais ne constituent pas des frais de placement d’emploi et ne sont pas remboursables. Les frais du programme coopératif en Génie des matériaux ont été établis en 1997 et révisés en 2026.
