Rhythmic, melodic and harmonic materials from the jazz idiom. Sight-singing, dictation and transcription with some classical materials.

  • Corequisites: MUJZ 160, MUJZ 170
  • Restriction: Open to students in Jazz Performance and Music Studies Majors. Not open to students who have taken or are taking MUSP 140.
