Description
Key chemical, physical, and social stressors in the environment, and how these affect the health of people and ecosystems. Hazards in air, water, food, and work environments. Historic, current, and future need for environmental health science, from scientific, personal, and practical perspectives.
- Restriction: Not open to students who are taking or have taken GEOG 221.
- Note: Students enrolled in main campus programs register as GEOG 221; students enrolled in Macdonald campus programs register as NRSC 221. Course is only offered at Macdonald campus.
