Description
Preparation and implementation of a Knowledge Translation (KT) project related to best practice approaches in health care delivery. The project is conducted in a clinical setting using a collaborative approach to meet the needs identified by the Clinical Partners. Projects involve the adoption of new nursing practices, care processes or healthcare innovations (e.g., implementation of nursing best-practice guidelines), as well as the evaluation and enhancement of existing nursing care practices or service delivery (e.g., quality improvement initiatives).
