Description

Implementation, dissemination, and sustainability of a knowledge translation (KT) project related to best practice approaches in health care delivery. Dissemination of project findings with a particular focus on sustainability and communication plan with their Clinical Partner(s).
  • Prerequisites: NUR2 601
  • 1. This course is 12 weeks in accordance with the schedules at the clinical sites.
