Description
Using clinical reasoning skills to generate comprehensive, collaborative, culturally safe and customized advanced nursing care plans in response to commonly presenting illnesses based on the best available evidence and with a strengths-based nursing
and healthcare approach. Promoting health team effectiveness by identifying and articulating barriers to sound clinical reasoning, managing conflicts, as well as
providing effective feedback and debriefing in challenging clinical situations.
