Description

Advanced nursing management of illnesses of the newborn. Pathophysiology, decision making, and interventions for advanced nursing practice. Some topics include pregnancy, labour and delivery, as well as fluid management, respiratory problems and surgical emergencies.
  • Prerequisite: NUR2 661 or permission of the instructor.
  • Restrictions: Open only to students in the M.Sc.(Applied) in Nurse Practitioner; Non-Thesis - Neonatal or Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
