Description

Introduction to the basic concepts, approaches, and techniques of qualitative research methods in political science. It covers both positivist and interpretivist approaches, and techniques such as interviewing, focus groups, case studies, comparative historical analysis, discourse analysis, archival research, and ethnographic research.
  • Restrictions: POLI 210 or equivalent, or permission of instructor
