Description
Intermediate level theory and methods for the measurement of latent variables in psychology and related fields. In-depth coverage of theories of validity and psychometrics as applied in psychology. Introduction to quantitative methods
for scale development, use, and evaluation. Discussion of current topics and challenges in psychological measurement and psychometrics.
