Description
In-depth consideration of problems unique to corporations and their shareholders including the small business deduction and refundable taxes; distributions to shareholders; corporate reorganizations and liquidations; the capital gain and rollover.
- Restriction: Not open to students who have taken PUB2 417
- **This course will be held on June 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 25, 29, 30 and July 2nd.
- **Due to the intensive nature of this course, the standard add/drop and withdrawal deadlines do not apply. Add/drop is the third lecture day and withdrawal is the sixth lecture day.
