Program Description
The B.Sc.(Ag.Env.Sc.); Specialization in Animal Biology and Health provides groundwork in the biology of large animals and birds with an in-depth focus on animal physiology and function, and an emphasis on susceptibility to, as well as control of, outbreaks in diseases and their broader applications for animal, consumers, and the environment. When taken in conjunction with the Life Science Major, this Specialization confers eligibility to apply for advanced standing in a growing list of veterinary programs.
