Honours Program in Environment
This program is only available to students in the B.Sc. Major Environment, B.Sc.(Ag.Env.Sc.) Major Environment, B.A. Faculty Program Environment, and the B.A. & Sc. Interfaculty Program Environment.
The Honours Environment program offers students the opportunity to undertake a year-long independent research project under the close supervision of a professor. Honours research provides excellent preparation for graduate studies, but is not required for such studies. Honours research (6 credits) is undertaken in a student's final year and does not add to the length (duration) of the degree. If, for some reason, a student cannot complete the Honours requirements, they may still graduate within the regular Environment program.
