Description

Applications and fundamental bases of important biophysical techniques used in modern biochemistry research laboratories to isolate, characterize and determine the structure and dynamics of proteins, nucleic acids, small molecules and complexes that underlie life and disease.
  • Restriction: Not open to students who have taken or are taking CHEM 404.

  • Prerequisites: CHEM 204, CHEM 214 or equivalent
