Examines key theories and models of organizational change in response to emerging technologies and evolving work environments. Topics include change processes, leadership strategies, resistance management, and approaches to building buy-in. Techno-structural methods and change frameworks are applied to contemporary Canadian case studies, with emphasis on digital transformation, hybrid work models, AI integration, and innovation.
  • Restriction: Not open to students who have taken or are taking ORGB 421
  • Prerequisite: MGCR 222 or CORG 225
