Description

Examination of the concepts of equity, diversity and inclusion. Effect on interpersonal interactions, intergroup interactions and the management of multicultural workforces in terms of cognition and behaviour, communication, leadership, employee engagement and negotiation.
  • Course may be offered in person or online with synchronous and asynchronous activities.
