Project leadership, stakeholder management, project analytics, challenges, and risk management.
  • Prerequisite: MGCR 271 or equivalent
  • Restrictions: Open to U2 and U3 students. Not open to students who have taken MGSC 434 when the topic was "Project Operations and Risk Management".
