Analysis of communication situations, including identification of the different viewpoints of the parties involved, cogent arguments based on the available data,
communications with an effective structure, style, and tone.
- Restrictions: Only open to students in the Master of Management in Manufacturing Management; Non-Thesis program.
- **This course will be held on June 11, 12, 18, 19 and there will be a final evaluation due on June 26, 2021.
- **Due to the intensive nature of this course, the standard add/drop and withdrawal deadlines do not apply. Add/drop is the second lecture day and withdrawal is the third lecture day.
