Fundamental concepts of applied performance technique, arranging for vocalists, accompaniment skills and repertoire development with an emphasis on improvisation and performance. Analysis of selected recordings and concert performance videos.
  • Prerequisite: MUJZ 326
  • Restriction: Open only to students in a Major in Performance Jazz program.
  • Passing grade for prerequisite(s) is B-.
