Description
Advanced nursing management of illnesses of the newborn. Pathophysiology, decision making, and interventions for advanced nursing practice. Some topics include pregnancy, labour and delivery, as well as fluid management, respiratory problems and surgical emergencies.
- Restriction: Open only to students enrolled in the M.Sc(Applied) in Nurse Practitioner; Non-Thesis - Neonatal or Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
- Prerequisites: NUR2 660 or permission of the instructor.
- **Due to the intensive nature of this course, the standard add/drop and withdrawal deadlines do not apply. Add/drop is May 12th and withdrawal is May 26th.
