Description

Participation, under Faculty supervision, as a Faculty representative, in an advanced mooting competition approved for this purpose by the Dean. Students may register for Advanced Mooting a maximum of twice.
  • Restriction: Not open to students who have taken PRAC 188.
  • Note: Advanced Mooting includes mooting competitions such as the Jessup International Moot, Concours Charles-Rousseau, Gale Cup Moot, Tribunal École Pierre-Basile Mignault, etc.
  • Students must register for both PRAC 510D1 and PRAC 510D2.
  • No credit will be given for this course unless both PRAC 510D1 and PRAC 510D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
  • PRAC 510D1 and PRAC 510D2 together are equivalent to PRAC 510.
