Description

The legal writing and presentation of oral arguments, as well as legal research with an emphasis on foreign legal materials. Students are also responsible for a significant portion of the instructional component of the course Legal Writing, Mooting and Advanced Legal Research.
  • Restriction: Not open to students who have taken WRIT 016D1 and WRIT 016D2
  • Students must register for both WRIT 017D1 and WRIT 017D2.
  • No credit will be given for this course unless both WRIT 017D1 and WRIT 017D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms
