Analyzes key organizational behaviour theories in relation to compensation management, emphasizing the strategic role of total rewards in employee motivation. Topics include job evaluation, salary structures, performance-based pay, and pay equity, with consideration for special employee groups, ethics and social equity. Explores the impact of modern digital tools, including AI and advanced HRIS, on total rewards management.
