The Dean and the Associate Dean of Students coordinate and promote initiatives concerned with important aspects of the student experience, such as advising, academic integrity, student discipline, student recognition programs, and outreach to families, the McGill community, and the broader local community.

The Executive Director, Services for Students (EDSS), coordinates all student services at McGill to help promote student success and well-being. The EDSS is available to provide assistance and/or information on almost all aspects of non-academic student life.
